Mercedes-Maybach has opened its first Maybach Atelier in Europe, establishing a new dedicated retail destination for the brand in the heart of Warsaw.
Located on Nowy Świat Street, one of Poland’s most prominent luxury districts, the approximately 500-square-meter space is designed around a more personal and immersive customer experience than a traditional showroom. The Warsaw Atelier combines vehicle display, material presentation, private consultation and digital configuration in a setting dedicated specifically to Mercedes-Maybach.

The new location opened on May 29 with an inauguration event attended by VIP customers, media representatives and selected guests from business, culture and lifestyle circles. Mercedes-Maybach intends the site to function not only as a sales space but also as a cultural and networking hub, with a curated annual program of events and activations connecting the brand to art, fashion, business and premium lifestyle communities in Poland.
At the center of the concept is individualization. The Atelier includes private salons privés for personal meetings and a MANUFAKTUR Lounge where customers can explore materials, finishes and configuration possibilities with specialized consultants. The objective is to translate customer ideas into highly tailored vehicle specifications, supported by both physical samples and digital tools.

“With the opening of the first Maybach Atelier in Europe, we are creating a new destination for customers to experience the unique world of Mercedes-Maybach in a more immersive and personal way,” said Markus Bauer, Head of Mercedes-Maybach at Mercedes-Benz AG.
The Warsaw site also includes a broader showroom based on the Stars@Mercedes-Benz retail format. That space brings together three top-end Mercedes-Benz brand worlds under one roof: Mercedes-Maybach, Mercedes-AMG and the G-Class. According to Alexander Henzler, President & CEO Mercedes-Benz Central and Eastern Europe, the location reflects both the region’s growing demand for exclusivity and the brand’s effort to create “an automotive atelier” rather than a conventional retail space.

Warsaw becomes the second major Maybach Atelier location globally. The first opened in Shanghai in 2022, and the new European site marks another step in the expansion of Maybach’s dedicated retail formats.
The opening also arrives during Mercedes-Benz’s 140th anniversary year. The company is marking the milestone with a global “140 Years. 140 Places” journey using three new S-Class sedans across six continents, celebrating the brand’s history from the first automobile patented by Carl Benz in 1886 through its current product expansion.
For Mercedes-Maybach, the Warsaw Atelier is meant to give that broader heritage a more intimate setting. The brand’s positioning around technology, craftsmanship and high-end luxury is now expressed through a permanent European destination built specifically for private consultation, personalization and customer experience.
