Aston Martin Marks 25 years of Vanquish with 50-unit Anniversary Edition

Aston Martin is celebrating one of its most important modern nameplates with the introduction of the Vanquish 25, a highly exclusive special edition limited to just 50 examples worldwide. Created by the marque’s bespoke Q by Aston Martin division, the anniversary model commemorates 25 years since the original Vanquish debuted at the 2001 Geneva Motor Show, blending subtle historical references with the performance of the latest third-generation flagship.

Production will be evenly split between 25 Coupes and 25 Volantes, with buyers also able to choose either a 2+0 or 2+2 seating configuration. Rather than reinventing the Vanquish, Aston Martin has focused on craftsmanship and detail, introducing exclusive Skye Silver paint, bespoke foil graphics, stainless steel side strakes, unique Vanquish 25 badging and distinctive 21-inch forged wheels featuring a subtle “V” motif. Inside, embroidered seatbacks, laser-etched trim, a vivid red engine start button and exclusive perforation patterns distinguish the anniversary model, with buyers offered Onyx Black, Oxford Tan or Phantom Grey interiors.

The special edition arrives at a fitting moment in the Vanquish story. When the current generation launched in 2024 it became the most powerful production Aston Martin ever built, pairing the company’s twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter V12 with 835 PS and 1,000 Nm of torque. Performance remains unchanged for the anniversary edition, with a claimed 0-62 mph time of 3.3 seconds and a 214 mph top speed, underscoring the Vanquish’s position at the top of Aston Martin’s front-engined grand touring range.

While the mechanical package carries over, the Vanquish 25 serves as a reminder of the original car’s significance. The first-generation Vanquish not only ushered Aston Martin into the 21st century but also became one of the defining British GTs of its era, establishing a flagship nameplate that has now spanned three generations. The new edition leans into that heritage through restrained design cues rather than overt nostalgia, allowing the latest Vanquish to remain unmistakably contemporary.

The Vanquish 25 will make its public debut during Monterey Car Week in California from August 10-16 before customer deliveries begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. With production capped at just 50 cars globally, it is likely to become one of the rarest modern Aston Martins produced by Q, offering collectors a factory-built celebration of one of the brand’s most enduring V12 grand tourers.
