BMW M and BMW Motorrad have announced six “100 Jahre Nürburgring” editions for the circuit’s 2027 centenary. The collection comprises special versions of the M2, M3 and M4 Coupé, along with the M 1000 RR, M 1000 R and M 1000 XR motorcycles. All six will be offered in the United States.
The shared color is Nürburgring Green, a paint finish BMW says it developed exclusively for the edition. Buyers of the three cars can instead choose Black Sapphire metallic. Across the lineup, the anniversary design uses a Nordschleife silhouette, “Nürburgring since 1927” lettering and a “100 Years” logo.
On the cars, graphics appear on the doors, C-pillars or rear quarters according to model, while stripes run across their M carbon roofs. The M2 receives high-gloss black Style 930M wheels. The M3 and M4 use black Style 826M wheels with Nürburgring Green accents; examples painted Black Sapphire metallic also receive green accents on their kidney grille frames. Inside, black upholstery is paired with green and white stitching and an Alcantara-trimmed M steering wheel with a 12 o’clock marker.
The rear-wheel-drive M2 is available with a six-speed manual or an eight-speed M Steptronic automatic. Its anniversary package includes the carbon roof, M carbon bucket seats, carbon-fiber exterior trim, a heated Alcantara steering wheel, M Shadowline lights, a head-up display, wireless charging and the M Driver’s Package. The manual starts at $93,050; the automatic adds $300 and includes remote engine start.
BMW offers the M3 and M4 Coupé editions in two configurations: the base six-speed manual or Competition xDrive. Both receive the carbon roof, M Shadowline lights, M Drive Professional, the Executive and Parking Assistance packages, and the M Driver’s Package. The M3 also includes Full Merino Leather. M Carbon Ceramic Brakes with gold calipers are a $8,500 option on either model.

All car prices exclude a $1,350 destination and handling charge. BMW says M3 and M4 production will begin in November 2026, followed by the M2 in April 2027. The release does not specify a production limit for the cars.
Each of the three BMW Motorrad editions is limited to 100 units worldwide. The M 1000 RR, M 1000 R and M 1000 XR receive Nürburgring Green paint, anniversary decals, carbon wheels with green accent stripes, a black rear swingarm and rear frame, and an Alcantara-look seat embroidered with “100.” Their painted fuel tanks carry the Nordschleife silhouette, while the anniversary airbox covers are marked “one of 100.”
The motorcycles also include the M Track Package, an anniversary motorcycle mat and a rear-wheel paddock stand. BMW specifies an M Cover Kit for the M 1000 RR and M 1000 R. Pricing and ordering details for the motorcycles will follow separately.
