INEOS Automotive has introduced the Grenadier Helmsman for the 2027 model year, pairing nautical-inspired colors with equipment drawn from previous special editions. Available as both a Station Wagon and Quartermaster pickup, it opens a planned series of editions themed around the elements. UK pricing starts at £70,995, with orders now open.
The main addition is Whiteout Blue metallic, a deep blue paint developed by Arcane Works and previously reserved for its models. Bringing that finish to Helmsman expands its availability within the Grenadier range. Eldoret Blue and Scottish White are the standard exterior choices, while buyers can specify a contrasting roof in Inky Black or Scottish White.
Inside, Helmsman introduces oyster-colored inserts for the black leather seats. The combination gives the cabin a distinct specification without changing its underlying utility: carpet mats sit over the Grenadier’s heavy-duty wash-down rubber flooring. Heated seats and privacy glass are also included.
Exterior changes center on a Dark Exterior Pack comprising a black grille, dark skidplates and new matte black roof rails. Exclusive Helmsman badging and 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels identify the edition, with locking wheel nuts included. Depending on the body style, the specification also incorporates a rear access ladder or load bay tub.
Helmsman adds the Smooth Pack, bringing ambient lighting, front parking sensors and auxiliary electrical points. Its announced specification focuses on appearance, cabin trim and convenience equipment; INEOS has not identified mechanical changes as part of the edition.
The nautical theme is intended to connect the Grenadier with boating, kayaking and other coastal activities. For buyers, the more tangible distinction is the combination of an Arcane Works paint option, a new leather treatment and a defined equipment package across both body styles.
Production will run for a limited period before the next elements-inspired edition arrives. INEOS has not announced a fixed production total or an end date for Helmsman orders.
