Lamborghini Debuts a Bespoke Temerario Ad Personam in Miami Beach, Blending Italian Craft and Cutting-Edge Performance

Automobili Lamborghini used the energy of Art Basel Miami 2025 to unveil one of the most striking interpretations yet of its new Temerario super sports car. Presented at the dramatic, open-air 1111 Lincoln Road venue to more than 500 clients and VIP guests, the bespoke Temerario Ad Personam demonstrates the full creative reach of Lamborghini’s personalization division — and arrives as the first Temerario delivered in the Americas.

The car’s visual impact begins with a highly technical crystal paint effect that required over 320 hours of hand application. Blending Verde Shock, Grigio Maat and Nero Nemesis in a layered, crystalline pattern, the finish creates luminous facets that shift across the Temerario’s bodywork, amplifying both its surface tension and its aero-driven geometry. The scheme also underscores the car’s Alleggerita lightweight package, which uses extensive carbon-fibre components for customers with track-focused ambitions.

A Bespoke Interior That Extends the Artistic Language

Inside, the thematic precision continues. Grigio Octans sport seats are accented with Verde Scandal details, and the crystal paint motif reappears inside the cabin — most notably on the start/stop flap, linking the driver’s first point of engagement to the exterior’s artisanal finish. Lamborghini’s Selleria craftsmanship adds another layer of complexity: both the Temerario script on the seats and the rear Bull emblem are embroidered with techniques that mimic the fractured, prismatic effect of the paint. A dedicated Ad Personam plate certifies the car’s exclusivity and the bespoke nature of its build.

The debut was attended by key Lamborghini leadership, including Chairman and CEO Stephan Winkelmann, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Federico Foschini, and Automobili Lamborghini America CEO Andrea Baldi. Their presence underlined the significance of the model: the Temerario is not only a new supercar but a statement about the future direction of Sant’Agata’s design, engineering and personalisation ethos.

A New Benchmark for Lamborghini Performance

Beyond its artistic presentation, the Temerario represents a major technical leap for Lamborghini. Powered by an all-new twin-turbo V8 hybrid powertrain, it is the only production super sports car capable of reaching 10,000 rpm — a mechanical achievement that positions it at the outer edge of contemporary performance engineering. With ground-up development rooted in Sant’Agata’s manufacturing hub, the Temerario pairs innovative hybrid technology with meticulous Made-in-Italy craftsmanship. Customer deliveries begin in early 2026.

Digital Engagement Expands the Personalisation Experience

Lamborghini also used the Miami event to highlight Fast ForWorld, its growing digital engagement hub. Attendees could explore a dedicated 1:1 Digital Twin of the Temerario configuration, view new digital collaborations such as the Ledger Stax x Lamborghini Edition secure asset wallet, and learn about Lamborghini ID, created with the Moca Network for verified ownership and enhanced access to brand experiences. A Vesaro racing simulator further immersed guests in the dynamic character of the brand’s latest models.

The evening also showcased Lamborghini’s electrified performance lineup, including the Urus SE plug-in hybrid with its 800-hp twin-turbo V8–electric combination, and the Revuelto HPEV — the most powerful production Lamborghini ever, pairing a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 with three electric motors for a combined 1,015 horsepower. Together with the bespoke Temerario, the display offered visitors a clear view of the brand’s future: visceral performance elevated by artistry, technology and the limitless potential of personalization.

For Tailored Driver readers, the Miami debut underscores a central truth of modern Lamborghini: the brand is no longer content to merely build fast cars. It is shaping high-performance objects of personal expression — each one a fusion of engineering ambition, Italian craftsmanship and the expanding creative reach of Ad Personam.
