One of 199 Volantes built to mark the end of AM7 DBS production, this 2023 Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate Volante heads to RM Sotheby’s Miami 2026 sale with a highly individualized specification and just 2,088 miles from new. Offered without reserve and estimated at $300,000–$400,000, it represents the final and most powerful iteration of the twin-turbo V-12 DBS line.

The 770 Ultimate designation references the car’s 770 PS output (760 horsepower) from its 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V-12, paired with a recalibrated ZF eight-speed automatic transmission. Chassis revisions include a solid-mounted steering column, reinforced front crossmember, thicker rear undertray and updated adaptive damping calibration. At launch, it was the most powerful series-production Aston Martin ever built.
This example stands out primarily for its color and trim. The exterior is finished in Plasma Blue metallic, a vivid and contemporary shade that contrasts sharply with the black soft-top. Yellow brake calipers and coordinated exterior accents introduce a secondary highlight color, previewing what continues inside.
Through Q by Aston Martin, the original owner specified Onyx Black and Electron Yellow upholstery, creating a high-contrast two-tone interior. The Electron Yellow extends beyond stitching and accents to form a dominant visual theme, complemented by matching yellow-painted wheels outside. The Sports Plus seats are trimmed in semi-aniline leather and Alcantara with fluted quilting and perforation patterns, while carbon fiber gearshift paddles and DBS 770 Ultimate-specific detailing reinforce the model’s limited-production status.

The visual differentiation of the 770 Ultimate over a standard DBS includes a prominent hood vent, revised front splitter with integrated outboard vents, reshaped carbon fiber side sills, a redesigned rear diffuser and exposed carbon fiber elements at the windscreen surround, mirror caps and fender louvres. Unique 21-inch multi-spoke wheels complete the exterior package, here rendered in the aforementioned yellow finish.
Additional factory options contribute to the $94,600 in bespoke content, including a Bang & Olufsen audio system and 16-way seat adjustment. Delivered new to Aston Martin of Washington, DC, the car remains single-owner from new. A two-year annual service was completed in December 2025 by March Motorsports in Carrollton, Texas, including oil service, brake fluid flush and systems check.
As one of the final “Ultimate” models produced before DBS production concluded, and one of just 199 Volantes worldwide, this Plasma Blue over Onyx Black and Electron Yellow example pairs end-of-line mechanical specification with an assertive Q-commissioned colorway. For collectors focused on modern Aston Martin halo cars, the specification here is as much the story as the 770 badge itself.
