While it may not be an AMG, there long roof cool factor certainly isn’t lost on the Mercedes-Benz E Class All-Terrain. Prominent folks like automotive YouTuber Doug DeMuro own one and love it, and it’s not hard to understand just why that is. Of course, it’s even more attractive if it’s specified in a special color such as Manufaktur Alpine Grey.

This non-metallic light grey part of the spectrum may harken safari beiges of the 1970s, though they do it in not quite so beige a way. Porsche’s Fashion and Sport Classic Greys probably began the trend, ushering in Nardo Grey at Audi, Chalk and Crayon at Porsche… or perhaps Audi’s Siam Beige decidedly back on the beige side of that mix. In that group fits Manufaktur Alpine Grey that, when painted on an E-class wagon, seems to hark some W123 era goodness while not sending you back to the 1970s for live with Bee Gee era accoutrements.

We’re here for it, and if you’re here for it too then find it in inventory at Mercedes-Benz Valencia.
By the way, we’re going to include the AutoTrader Listing above since there are two sets of photos. One appears shot at sunset, making the color look more like beige then grey. It shows the range of Manufactur Alpine Grey, but we’d also remind you there’s no substitute for seeing such a color in person before making your final decision.
