Near as we can tell, Cognac Brown Metallic was a standard offering color on the 1990 Porsche 911. So, while it never went further than 1990 and it is rare enough to get a five out of five paint bucket rarity rating on Porsche Club of America’s Rennbow color wiki, the does mean it is technically just an incredibly tasteful and rare factory build and neither Paint to Sample nor Sonderwunsch near as we can tell.

Its only other equipment according to the dealer is 437 Comfort seat left, electrically adjustable and 438 Comfort seat right, electrically adjustable. So, that doesn’t make it a particularly high-spec car either.

Still, it appears incredibly preserved, not to mention a sought-after Carrera 2 manual transmission configuration. Pair that with the rare and tasteful color ways and we’d argue it’s still worthy of this site’s attention.

One more thing. It’s in Germany. If you want it, you’re going to need to work out importing it. That said, we’re guessing serious 964 shoppers won’t have a terribly hard time making that happen.
