Rolls-Royce is using its home event to showcase the breadth of its modern Bespoke capabilities, returning to the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed with a collection of highly individualized commissions that span its entire lineup. Displayed in the Stable Yard just steps from the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, the exhibition is led by the UK public debut of the new Spectre Series II, alongside one-off Phantom, Ghost and Cullinan commissions that highlight the marque’s latest advances in design, craftsmanship and material innovation.
The centerpiece of the display is Spectre Series II, making its first public appearance in the United Kingdom following its global introduction last month. The updated electric coupe builds upon the original Spectre with increased power, extended driving range and an expanded range of Bespoke personalization options. The example shown at Goodwood is finished in two-tone Dark Emerald over Black Diamond with a Mandarin coachline and matching brake calipers. Inside, Rolls-Royce introduces Placed Perforation, a new technique that transforms leather into an artistic surface through precision perforations inspired by moonlit clouds. Another debut is the Illuminated Fascia, which features 8,108 individual illuminated elements arranged in a flowing wave pattern inspired by the mist rolling across the South Downs surrounding Goodwood.

The Festival also serves as a dynamic stage for the Black Badge Spectre Series II, which tackles the famous Goodwood hillclimb during the Festival Supercar Run. Finished in Ethereal Blue with contrasting red brake calipers, the commission showcases a new color direction for the Black Badge family. Its interior debuts Duality Twill, a bamboo-derived rayon textile inspired by the bamboo groves surrounding Sir Henry Royce’s former winter home on the French Riviera. Performance remains as dramatic as its appearance, with the electric coupe producing 500 kW in Infinity Mode and up to 1,100 Nm of torque in Spirited Mode, making it the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever built.
Among the stand’s most elaborate commissions is Phantom Regatta, a one-of-one Phantom Extended inspired by the sailing culture of England’s south coast. Finished in Regatta Blue over English White, the exterior echoes the hull of a racing yacht, while the interior pairs Navy Blue and Grace White leather to evoke the contrast between sea and sail. The commission’s centerpiece is a hand-painted Gallery artwork titled Watercolour, created using newly developed paint techniques to recreate the movement of open water. Elsewhere, the picnic tables required approximately 120 hours of craftsmanship, each built from 16 individually matched Royal Walnut planks separated by two-millimeter strips of Black Bolivar wood to replicate the deck of a classic yacht. Hidden details include engraved geographic coordinates for both Goodwood House and the Home of Rolls-Royce, visible only when the dashboard air vents are tilted forward.

Equally intricate is Ghost Savile Row, a one-off Ghost Extended inspired by London’s famed tailoring district. Its Midnight Sapphire over English White exterior recalls a navy bespoke suit paired with a crisp white shirt, while the cabin features pinstripe-inspired stitching, embroidered white leather inserts resembling a folded pocket square and open-pore white wood veneers. The most remarkable detail remains hidden beneath the rear center armrest, where Rolls-Royce’s most complex single-frame embroidery to date depicts the courtyard trees outside the Home of Rolls-Royce. Created using 250,000 stitches, nearly 1.83 kilometers of thread and requiring nine hours to complete, the embroidery reflects the vibrant colors often concealed within the linings of bespoke jackets.
Completing the display is Cullinan Bohemian Sunset, a commission inspired by changing evening skies. Finished in Iced Silver Haze with Mandarin accents, the luxury SUV features Seashell leather with Chevron perforation, Navy and Mandarin embroidery and a Bespoke Starlight Headliner that gradually transitions from orange to blue to mirror the colors of dusk.

Presented alongside the marque’s headquarters in Goodwood, the display underscores how Rolls-Royce continues to treat every commission as a blank canvas. Whether through new materials such as Duality Twill, innovative artistic techniques like Placed Perforation or painstaking handcrafted details measured in hundreds of thousands of stitches, the collection demonstrates that Bespoke remains the defining characteristic of every modern Rolls-Royce.
