It’s not like we don’t watch the Audi exclusive market closely. We totally do, and up until we located the Audi exclusive Nogaro Blue TT Roadster we just acquired for a project series, we had only ever seen one other (a 3.2 VR6 Coupe) in the United States. That was May. Today it’s mid-July and by now we’ve located two more.

Beyond the Tennessee car earlier this month, we’ve now found another in Seattle. It’s on Facebook Marketplace so we don’t have a VIN, though the photos look unmistakably like Nogaro. Those who want to be certain should acquire a VIN from the seller and check for themselves. Even still… we’re fairly certain and, if we’re right, this is still a very rare car.
This one looks in pretty decent survivor condition. There’s a tear on the driver’s bolster, the shift knob doesn’t look stock and under the hood doesn’t look entirely factory. All that said, cars of this year tend not to be this original and the price is fair for a car of this age and apparent condition in a normal color, much less one of Audi’s most beloved special order colors made famous by the legendary RS2.
