Some cars are distinctive enough that we recognize them when they come around again. This Paint to Sample Nogaro Blue 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 certainly qualifies. We featured this particular 992-generation GT3 on Tailored Driver back in April, and it has now resurfaced at Ryan Friedman Motor Cars with a fresh set of studio photography and a $329,995 asking price. Whether it actually changed hands in the interim isn’t entirely clear. Listing records suggest the car has been associated with Ryan Friedman for much of 2026, so rather than speculate about its ownership history, we’ll simply call it a returning Tailored Driver alumnus.
And it remains a particularly good one.
Nogaro Blue Metallic is, of course, better associated with Audi, where it became synonymous with the original RS 2 Avant and subsequently one of the most recognizable colors in the Audi exclusive palette. Porsche’s Paint to Sample program opens the door to colors originating well outside Stuttgart, however, and Nogaro works remarkably well on the aggressive bodywork of the 992 GT3.
More importantly, this isn’t simply a GT3 ordered in an unusual paint color. The original specification includes Porsche’s Sonderwunsch Factory Commissioning program, making the car a more serious exercise in personalization.
The exterior combines Nogaro Blue with a carbon-fiber roof and carbon-fiber exterior mirror upper trims, while black LED-Matrix headlights, Exclusive Design taillights and black Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake calipers keep the contrasting details relatively subdued. It’s an interesting treatment for a GT3 because the color does most of the visual work without the specification becoming overly theatrical.
Inside is a Black and Graphite Blue treatment with full bucket seats, extended leather, Race-Tex details and gloss carbon-fiber trim. Other factory options include the front-axle lift system, extended-range fuel tank, Chrono Package, BOSE audio and rear ParkAssist. Most importantly for us, there’s a six-speed GT Sport manual transmission.
That combination makes this a compelling specification even before considering its history with Sonderwunsch. It has the right gearbox, the right seats, useful equipment for actually driving the car and one of the more interesting PTS colors we’ve encountered on a modern Porsche.
Mileage now stands at just 1,311 miles, meaning it remains effectively collector-grade despite being four years old. The current $329,995 asking price also represents a shift from earlier appearances on the market, when the car had been advertised at higher numbers.
There are less expensive 992.1 GT3s available, certainly. What you’re paying for here is the intersection of exceptionally low mileage, manual transmission, an unusually coherent Paint to Sample specification and Sonderwunsch provenance.
We liked it in April. Apparently nobody has managed to make us stop liking it since.
