Bentley Introduces Driver-Focused Mulliner Design Theme for Supersports Ahead of Goodwood Debut

Bentley is expanding the personalization available for its flagship Supersports with a striking new Design Theme by Mulliner, an exclusive specification that pushes the marque’s bespoke craftsmanship in a new visual direction. Making its public debut at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, the package introduces the first side-to-side paint fade ever offered on a Bentley production car.

Rather than simply adding contrasting accents, the new treatment uses a bold highlight color on the driver’s side that gradually transitions into a darker finish across the width of the body. An off-center stripe runs the length of the car, aligned with the passenger seat so the brighter side always surrounds the driver regardless of whether the car is left- or right-hand drive. The effect reinforces the Supersports’ singular focus on driver engagement while creating one of the most distinctive exterior treatments ever offered by the Crewe manufacturer.

The theme extends well beyond the paintwork. Each Design Theme by Mulliner carries coordinated exterior details including a Number 8 grille graphic, accent pinstriping on the exposed carbon-fiber aerodynamic elements, and bespoke finishes throughout the body kit. Inside, the two-seat cabin adopts an equally asymmetrical approach, with the brighter leather color wrapping the driver’s side while a darker tone surrounds the passenger.

Three curated specifications are available. Dragon combines Dragon Red fading into Black Crystal with a Hotspur and Beluga interior for the boldest statement. Electric pairs Electric Blue with Dark Sapphire outside while bringing Klein Blue accents into an Imperial Blue cabin. Brodgar offers a more understated interpretation, blending Pale Brodgar into Brodgar paintwork with Camel and Beluga leather inside.

Beyond the color treatments, every Design Theme by Mulliner includes Bentley’s Full Leather Specification, unique Supersports seat perforation patterns, contrast stitching throughout the cabin, and a color-matched gear lever that mirrors the driver’s seat. The specification replaces the three-tone themes introduced at the Supersports launch with a more dramatic, driver-centric execution while maintaining the model’s uncompromising two-seat layout.

Although Bentley has selected three exclusive factory combinations, buyers seeking something even more individual will be able to work directly with Mulliner through their retailer to explore additional bespoke paint and trim possibilities.

Design Theme by Mulliner will make its public premiere during the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed as part of Bentley’s display of specially commissioned Mulliner vehicles, further highlighting the growing role of the company’s bespoke division in creating increasingly individualized grand touring machines.
