Porsche Brings Toy Story to Life With Three One-Off Sonderwunsch 911s for Charity

Porsche has revealed three one-of-one 911 models inspired by characters from Disney and Pixar’s upcoming Toy Story 5, turning Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Jessie into fully realized sports cars through the brand’s bespoke Sonderwunsch personalization program.

Unveiled on the red carpet at the film’s world premiere in Los Angeles, the trio consists of a 911 GT3 RS inspired by Buzz Lightyear, a 911 Targa 4 GTS themed around Jessie and a 911 Carrera T celebrating Woody. All three cars will be sold as part of a charitable initiative benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the American Red Cross and Starlight Children’s Foundation.

The most extreme of the three is the Buzz Lightyear-themed 911 GT3 RS. Based on one of the final 992.1 GT3 RS examples, it combines a white exterior with green and purple accents drawn directly from the Space Ranger’s iconic suit. The optional Weissach Package and forged magnesium wheels provide the foundation, while a custom rear wing echoes Buzz’s pop-out wings. Unique details extend to specially branded “Lightyear” tire sidewalls and bespoke Space Ranger wheel center caps. Inside, Violeta leather, green accents and illuminated door sill guards featuring the phrase “To Infinity and Beyond” reinforce the theme.

The Jessie-inspired 911 Targa 4 GTS takes a more handcrafted approach. Built around Porsche’s new 532-horsepower hybrid-assisted GTS platform, the car wears a specially developed Jessie White Metallic paint finish accented by blue, yellow and red details inspired by the character’s western attire. A red Targa roof references Jessie’s signature hat, while the traditional Targa bar script has been replaced by her name. The cabin combines blue, red and grey leather with a denim-look fabric developed specifically for the project. Cowhide-pattern floor mats and illuminated “YEE HAW!” sill plates complete the cowgirl theme.

Representing Woody is a 2026 911 Carrera T finished in a custom denim-inspired blue paint designed to mimic the appearance and wear patterns of well-used jeans. Porsche says the texture of denim itself is visible within the finish. Coffee Black and Aurum accents reference elements of Woody’s outfit, while the lower doors feature custom graphics incorporating his name. Inside, Porsche debuts a vintage-style brown leather intended to evoke the appearance of beloved toys that have aged through years of play. Denim-look fabric inserts, red checkered seat details and cowhide-pattern floor mats further tie the car to the character.

While character-inspired vehicles are hardly new territory, the level of execution here is notable. Each car incorporates unique paint formulations, custom upholstery materials, bespoke graphics and one-off trim pieces developed specifically for the project. The builds also highlight the growing capabilities of Porsche’s Sonderwunsch division, which has increasingly moved beyond traditional paint-to-sample commissions into truly one-off factory-backed creations.

The collaboration also reunites Porsche with Pixar talent following the 2022 Sally Special project, which transformed a modern 911 into a road-going tribute to Sally Carrera from Pixar’s Cars. This latest effort expands that concept into a trio of highly personalized 911s that blur the line between automotive craftsmanship and character design.

With Toy Story 5 arriving in theaters on June 19, the three unique 911s serve as rolling tributes to one of animation’s most enduring franchises—and unlike most movie props, these examples will eventually find permanent homes while raising money for charity along the way.
