Given the recent exchange rates, buying cars in Canada using the American dollar can be a great way to get a deal or reach beyond your budget for the right car. Also, given the typical willingness to travel an aficionado of tailored cars will be willing to travel for the right car, traveling to Canada for a special build and going through the importation process isn't something to fret about much. Now, throw on the fact that Canada gets some options Americans don't and that's icing on the cake. It is with this in mind that we share with you this very low mileage RS 6 performance that's popped up at a Chevy dealer in Alberta.

There are so many reasons we love this Certified Pre-Owned 911 GT3 RS in the used car inventory over at Porsche North Houston. For starters, it had us at Weissach Package 911 GT3 RS. We also seriously appreciate that the first owner didn't just buy it to flip it, loging over 4,000 miles on the odometer before trading it in on whatever is next.

We don't play favorites at Tailored Driver, but if we did, Porsche Oak Green Metallic would be a strong contender. A deeper shade than Aston's Racing Green, Oak Green features a gold metallic flake that genuinely pops in direct sunlight.

Market Find: Dark Olive Metallic 911 Dakar at Porsche Jacksonville
We’re going to make some assumptions here, but consider them educated guesses. We’re guessing your common quick flipper wouldn’t build a car like this. Okay, maybe a PTS allotment for the teacher’s pet client at Porsche Anywhere isn’t that rare, but subtle Dark Olive Metallic straight up and sans stickers or nostalgic livery nods isn’t your typical spec and flip behavior.
Market Find: Mislabeled Suzuka Grey Audi RS 6 Avant in SC
Unless you look closely, Suzuka Grey is virtually white. It's also slightly on the cool side of the grey spectrum, as is Glacier White Metallic from the standard palette of the RS 6 Avant. So, when a 5K mile RS 6 Avant pops up at a Ford dealership, you'd forgive them for mislabeling the car. We found this car auto-listed (probably due to vIN) as Audi exclusive paint on a major listing site, and followed it through to the dealer site to find more information. While there, we found its listings where it's mislableled as Glacier White while also listing its VIN. Since we suspected it was Suzuka Grey, we ran the VING and found it confirmed it is indeed Suzuka Grey.

The myriad shades of Green seem to be in vogue, yet Porsche's Paint to Sample Dark Olive isn't one we see often. Perhaps it's the deeper, more subdued nature of Dark Olive which drives folks to order Nato Olive or Smyrna Green instead, but in our eyes- that's their loss.
Market Find: Gulf Racing Themed 2024 Porsche 911 GT3 RS
Sometimes the whole Gulf Racing thing can go a little overboard. It get's done, and it get's done a lot, but doesn't always work... a little too ambitiously racey for a road car. The 911 GT3 RS though, it's already got heavy racecar feel to it anyway, and those aerodynamics functional. So, spec in Gulf Blue with Weissach Package, orange stitching and orange graphics and fight the urge to logo it up and we'd argue this is one of the cooler livery-inspired 992 GT3 RS specifications we've seen.
Market Find: Berry Pearl Audi RS 6 performance
If you're into wagons in a very different colors that will command a ton of attention, skip the line for Audi exclusive and head to Kearns Motor Cars in Wisconsin for this MY2024 Audi RS 6 Avant performance. Painted Berry Pearl Effect, it's a very noticeable deep pink in the vein of a Porsche Ruby Star, but pearlescent so appearing at a depth that Ruby Star just doesn't do.

We're seeing quite the resurgence in Porsche's Paint to Sample Smyrna Green, and to be honest, we don't hate it. In this instance, we can clearly see the lineage between the 356 that Porsche first applied Smyrna to, and the 718 Spyder RS, and we've never been shy about loving a tribute.
