If you caught our recent story on the Wood & Pickett Mini by CALLUM, a reimagined take on the original Mini, then you already know Ian Callum’s association with this iconic British classic. More recently, Ian Callum’s firm has taken to social media for a bit of a flex on just how tailored they can get on the inside of your Wood & Pickett Mini.
What they showed were several seats made to order. Their configurations show a real stretch of mixing materials. We think we spy Porsche (964 era) Studio Check fabric in grey on one seat, but what really grabbed our attention was the diamond-cut variations of houndstooth and plaid for a look we may not have agreed we’d like had you simply described it to us, but just seems to work when you see the execution – particularly when you consider it going into a car as fun as an original Mini.
